Dear Sir or Madam, I hope this e mail finds you well. I am kindly sending you this e mail to let you know and ask you the following: My name is Georgios Logothetis. I am a Greek citizen and I am a foster parent of a five years old child, who was born in Athens Greece, but has a Cameroonian citizenship, because his birth mother is Cameroonian. Because he is not adopted (he is fostered), he has not my family name and his parental care is given to a foundation in Athens. My question is the following: Is there a possibility for him to issue a Cameroonian passport? If, yes, afterwards, I will claim a Greek (European) VISA for him as his foster parent, taking care for him. I can assure you that the foundation is supporting our decision to claim a passport for him and is willing to sign the necessary documents. Be informed that we have documents in Greek language that prove our fostering for him. We (as a family) want to proceed to this step, because we have given an opportunity to work abroad (in a European country). Please be also informed that our intention is to adopt our foster son, but we have to wait for the decision of the court, which is not issued yet and will not be for almost one year from now. To Whom it may concern, I have a question regardless a situation and would like an answer to be able to solve this problem the most easiest way, I have a person who doest have the cameroon passport (lost the passport many years ago or misplaced it) but still have the birth certificate, the person lives in france, and currently the only document that have its the birth certificate what would be the procedure to do a new passport and what would be the necessary documents to do the passport in the cameroon embassy in paris, I would like to know as well how much would cost the documentation, and how long does take to have the passport, Thank you in advance, Waiting for the confirmation of the details if possible Best Regards Luisa Malheiro
