Greetings Sir My name is Asraf bin Abdul Aziz, and I am a staff member from the Student Affairs Department at the University of Cyberjaya, Malaysia. I am writing to inform you that one of our students from Cameroon, Mr. Yannick Etta (details attached), has reported to our department that his personal belongings were stolen. Among the items taken were his passport, mobile phone, and VISA card. For your reference, we have attached a copy of the police report he filed. At present, Mr. Yannick does not possess any form of legal identification, which complicates efforts to obtain a replacement passport and manage his current situation. Furthermore, his student visa is set to expire in July 2025. Without proper documentation, this may result in serious immigration issues. We would like to inquire whether your esteemed embassy is able to issue a temporary travel document or an emergency travel pass.
